Meet the Team

CHRISTINE LEUTHOLD

Director & Producer


Based in LA and NY, Christine is a maker of impact-driven messaging and experiences for authentic connection and positive change. A dual U.S. and Swiss citizen, she  has lived and worked in London, Paris, and Shanghai. Her first camera was a gift from her father that he used in the 1930’s.


In the 1980s, she created and produced brand-aligned social impact initiatives as Public Relations Director for Ralph Lauren Corporation. Ever since, she has integrated the greater good into her professional endeavors,including as:


  • Executive Producer of Selling Superman, a new docu-series by Adam Schomer
  • Associate Producer & Co-Writer of the documentary feature film Hollywood’s Humble Maestro: The Russell Garcia Story
  •  Producer & Moderator of 50+ online screening salons, featuring filmmakers. Past themes include: Diversity & Inclusion, Taking a Stand, The Power of Expression, and Vulnerability & Connection
  • Past Co-Director of The Esalen Inspirational Film Festival
  •  Author of Comfort Living: A Back-to-Basics Guide to a More Balanced Lifestyle, a how-to book about creating “home”


Christine’s passion for this project comes from her conviction that we have to eliminate homelessness and housing insecurity in order to honor the essential human right to having a home.

GREG ABRAHAM

Producer


Born and raised in Los Angeles, Greg is an Emmy Award-winning producer and editor with over 15 years of experience in bringing television, film, and branded content projects to successful completion.


A consummate professional, Greg leads with his heart, while staying focused on empowering team members to do their best work —  on time, on budget, and with purpose. This includes his roles as:

 

  • Producer & Editor on two Emmy Award-winning series (Create Together, HITRECORD on TV) and the 2024 Emmy nominated series, Street Somm
  • Head of Post-Production at Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s production company, HITRECORD, where he built and led a high-performing editorial team across multiple series and campaigns
  • Lead Editor of the docu-series, Selling Superman
  • Senior Editor of Content Innovation at MasterClass, where he helped shape original show formats and premium storytelling experiences.
  • Producer of branded campaigns in collaboration with Netflix, Apple TV+, Sony, Ubisoft, and more


Throughout his career Greg has earned a reputation for building and managing collaborative environments that support teams committed to thoughtful, human-centered storytelling.

TIMMY VATTEROTT

Director of Photography & Lead Editor


Timmy is a documentary filmmaker based in Los Angeles, who creates compelling stories to engage the viewer with powerful imagery and empathetic characters. He is drawn to the educational and non-profit world and has collaborated with organizations like UCLA, LAUSD, City Year LA, and Hope Ignites — filming, directing, and editing a range of impactful projects.

 

  • Director, Director of Photography (DP), and Editor for Spark The Journey, an ongoing series of short films that highlights the impact of education and community support on young people across 12 U.S. cities, and in Guatemala and Mexico
  • Director, DP, and Editor of a documentary short film in progress celebrating the legacy of Arthur Ashe, tennis legend turned civil rights activist and his impact on youth leadership today
  • Director of Photography for Made Up, both an improvised feature length narrative comedy and a documentary about the filmmaking process
  • Composer and Producer for the award winning short, DIVE! Living Off America's Waste — a unique look at dumpster diving and hunger in America

 

Timmy's passion is to capture the "privileged moments" that appear within the camera's frame and edit those into a narrative that explores something fundamental and essential about the human condition.

J. Todd Harris

Executive Producer


Todd founded and runs Branded Pictures Entertainment, a Los Angeles-based development and production company, with a focus on branded intellectual properties. He has produced or executive produced well over 60 films including:


  • Two Oscar-nominated films, The Kids Are All Right and The Trial of the Chicago 7
  • Lilly, a narrative feature film based on the life of Lilly Ledbetter (2025)
  • Speak. a documentary feature showcasing hope for the future, which premiered at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival
  • Five additional Sundance Film Festival entries, including Bottle Shock
  • Homeschooled, a documentary feature streaming as of June 1, 2025
  • Emmy Award winner Fax Bahr’s new documentary, Unreasonable, about Waterkeeper Diane Wilson and big oil, big plastic, and big aluminum on the Texas coast


His theater history includes recent productions include Buena Vista Social Club, winner of 5 Tony Awards (2025), Parents in Chains (2025), and Fatherland (2024). He also produced Heathers The Musical, Doctor Zhivago, and American Psycho. 


A  25-year member of the Motion Picture Academy, Todd was also a member of the Broadway League (2015-18) and remains a member of the Producers Guild. He has been an adjunct professor at Chapman University and the Los Angeles branch of Syracuse University. He is also a founding board member of the Napa Valley Film Festival.

Michael cassutt

Executive Producer

Michael is a native Californian who brings his experience and discerning eye to each of his media projects. A passionate believer in the power of story to inform and inspire action, From Hope to Home is his debut documentary feature film. This is because of the team, the film’s focus on success stories, and its empathic yet well-researched approach to this issue.

His slate as an executive producer crosses genre boundaries and includes:

  • Lilly, a narrative feature film based on the life of Lilly Ledbetter (2025)
  • A documentary feature in production about the 1976 Cincinnati Reds’ Big Red Machine, with interviewees of nearly all living members of the World-Series-winning team 
  • Lilly, the critically acclaimed biopic starring Patricia Clarkson about equal pay activist Lilly Ledbetter (2024)
  • The Cure, a thriller about an adopted teenage girl, with a cast led by David Dastmalchian and Ashley Greene
  • & Sons, about a writer’s attempt to reconnect with his sons, based on the novel by David Gilbert
  • The Gates, a racial suspense thriller
  • Stone Cold Fox, about escape from abuse in search of family, featuring Kiefer Sutherland, Krysten Ritter, and Kiernan Shipka


His hope is that the stories in From Hope to Home will help to spark desperately needed social reform so that those who are unhoused are able to move more easily into meaningful and productive lives.

Cole Harris

Set Photographer & Associate Producer


Cole Harris is an LA-based photographer whose people-focused work spans music festivals, raves, and street photography. A recent Syracuse graduate in Environmental Sustainability and Sociology, he has spent the past year documenting and building relationships with the unhoused in Hollywood and Downtown LA.

His Production Assistant credits include music videos for cinematographer Ian Herz and for director Aidan Cullen, and The Cure with director Nancy Leopardi.

Co-Producer 


Tess joined the team to complete filming, bringing her lived experience and a mission to create media that inspires hope, resilience, and change.

An award-winning director, producer, author, and advocate, she has spent over 30 years addressing social issues through film, television, and music. Her bestselling biography, Homeless to the White House, and her recent film, The Rescue, highlight her impact. The Rescue has screened at 23 international festivals and won awards for Best Female Director, Best Short Film, and Best Soundtrack.
